Getting Started

Participating in the Hair Club Program is easy! Click "Join
Now" and register through our affiliate program network, Refersion.



After you complete the online application on the registration
page, Hair Club will provide email approval through the Refersion network
within 48 hours. Once approved, you will access your account and begin you
journey as a Hair Club Ambassador.



Term & Conditions

As a participant in our affiliate program, you agree to the
terms detailed in our Affiliate Agreement form.



Commission Fees

Hair Club will pay a standard commission rate of $50.00 for all
showed appointments then 10% for all sales. We reserve the right to reverse
commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order
duplications.



Legal Compliance

All affiliates must comply with all FTC, federal, state and local
regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing
marketing emails (i.e CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Hair Club
reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program
at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of
all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Hair
Club or Refersion. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics
will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the
Refersion network.

* HairClub Employees  Refersion codes must not be given to individuals who are visitors to a HairClub center or currently in a HairClub center. HairClub Members may use codes for their friends and family to receive discounts and commission.
